The Educational Standpoint Of Educator

Educator plays a very important role in transmitting culture and cultivate human. The educational standpoint of educator includes the stance, the attitude and the opinion that they have when dealing with things. In order to have a deep realization on educator, we need to analysis the educational standpoint. First, by means of literature and comparison analysis method, the paper comes to a conclusion that anyone who educate the educatee by using affection and wisdom intervening can be an educator; Standpoint is the stance, the attitude and the opinion that they have when dealing with things; By analyze the concept of education, I come to a conclusion that the educational standpoint includes the standpoint in educational function, in educational content, in educational method, in the relationship between student and teacher. In this paper, I deem that the educational standpoint of educator include the standpoint in educational function, in educational content, in educational method, in the relationship between student and teacher. Second, from the conception of standpoint, the paper use the meaning of field to conclude that field includes. In the meanwhile, the paper also has a conclusion on standpoint depends on field. As field determines the standpoint, the stance, role and interest are the three factors that influence the educator’s standpoint. Third, the paper analyses the function of influential and its process. Finally, different field determines different standpoint, as the educator, the nation, the family and the educatee are in the different field, so their educational standpoint are different. The study aims at comparing the educational standpoint of educator, the nation, the family and the educatee to extrude the particularity of educator’s educational standpoint. To some extent, it also helps people have a better understanding on educator’s educational standpoint and educator.
