Inclusive education was a new trend of international education in 1990's which had driven by the social and educational democracy. And it had promoted the progress of the education in the World and China. But there are many various divergences on inclusive education in this area. These fierce divergences were an important driving force that had fostered the progress of the education. This dissertation based on the theory of inclusive education perspective, showing the contents of theoretical divergences, analyzed and summarized the focus of debates in order to promote the study of inclusive education in China.There are five parts in this dissertation:The first part is the introduction. The introduction chapter shows the context and methodology of the research. Then, the second chapter is the sketch about Inclusive Education. One part shows the basic conception about the inclusive education. The other part describes the appearance and the historic development of the inclusive education. The third chapter shows the divergence of the theories of inclusive education through the international and the domestic perspective. All these debates are in the conception, the way of the adoption and the practical effect of the inclusive education.And the last chapter concludes the inclusive education, and the most important is this chapter wants to get a deeper understanding.The dissertation tries to search for the answers about the following three questions:One is the understanding of inclusive education, the other is the contents of the debate of the inclusive education, and the last is the deeper understanding of the inclusive education through the theoretical frame of Robert F. Ladenson.
