This study combining the current employment situation of our country college graduates with the research on career self-efficacy theory.220 college students from Shanghai lixin University of commerce were tested with a set of questionnaires, which includes the career self-efficacy questionnaire of Jiang Feiyue and Guo Benyu, and the college students'job-hunting intention questionnaire. The data were analyzed with SPSS17.0, LISREL8.8, and some conclusions were drawn as followed:1.The college students'job-hunting intention questionnaire tested by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, has good reliability and validity, achieves the desired effect.2. Students of different genders in the total career self-efficacy has no significant gender differences, but in those traditional male occupations and traditionally female occupations difference was extremely significant.3. Students of different grades in the career self-efficacy has no significant difference.4. Students of different genders in the total job-hunting intention has no significant gender differences, but in the "graduation choice"and"graduate employment region choice" factors, gender differences was extremely significant, in the "the expected salary" factors differences level close to the level of significance.5. Students of different grades in the total job-hunting intention has no significant differences, but in the "expected salary" factors grade differences was extremely significant.6. Students of different strength career self-efficacy in the job-hunting intention has significant difference.7.The strength of college career self-efficacy is an important factor in career choice, which has a significant positive correlation with the career intentions, especially in the "attitude on the employment prospects" and "expected salary" factors.
