Talent is the first productive forces. As the representative of high-quality crowd in China, college students will play a key role in our country's economy construction.The viewpoint of our study is to assume more responsibility for Normal university students, Their future career is teacher. Their overall quality and the overall level of pressure is directly related to the future of our nation, to the quality of primary education.Therefore, the psychological stress of Normal university students is particularly worthy of our attention. And the job-hunting stress faced by all college students is the top event for each Normal university student obviously.Here, this study used a questionnaire about career expectation, personality traits and job-hunting stress. This questionnaire is used in three Normal universities of Shandong province for 400 universities students. In this study, we want to provide some suggests for our students' mental health through investigating these three VariablesResearch results show:1,Students of the Normal University have won the favor of rural girls, and the majority are liberal arts students. From the personality survey, we can see female students and student leaders are more personality traits tend to "weak adaptability, strong Altruism, and quite a few students pay pessimistic attitude to their employment prospects.2,Career expectation performance different between two genders. female students than male students pay more attention to whether the benefits and career development of their own personal interest and so on. The attitude of Normal science students for their future career pay more attention to reputation and status requirements compared to liberal arts students. Meanwhile liberal arts and science students pay more attention to better treatment, welfare and if the employment stability is consistent with their interests, intrinsic value. In the article, the students with "satisfaction" attitude on their career expectations pay more attention to the prestige factor and the welfare factors.3,The job stressors of Normal College Students ordered by level are own conditions, work, family, job experience, physiological factors. In Normal University Students these groups feel more stress:girls, junior students, non-only child, liberal arts and technical students, to the "poor" job prospects, not satisfied with the their majors. 4,Career expectation are significantly positively related with personality traits, job-hunting stress. Job-hunting stress are significantly positively related to personality traits.Five factors which are "fame factor" "welfare factors" of Career expectations and can "adaptive" "openness" "moral" of personality straits can enter the employment pressure regression equation. They are good predictors of job stress.
