In the era of fast development of internationalization of higher education, international higher education not only means high rate of degree students, but also cares about the quality. Along with the deep development of higher education massification, international students'education also has a tendency of massification. The study attempts to discuss some characteristics of this trend and explore crisis that might follow behind. The "independent-class" education mode which root is planted in the early development of international students'education, being promoted by the tendency of international massification at present, is important for current international undergraduate students'education in China. From now on and to a long period of time, we will accept more and more international undergraduate students. Thus, as an important education mode of international undergraduates, independent-class is worth studying, especially for its existing circumstances and the quality of education.By interviews, observation and case study, this thesis explores the situations of independent-class mode of language field. Evidences prove that the development of this mode is still in its primary stage, and many problems are emerging in curriculum design, pedagogy, management and culture adaptation, which are also connected with current international students' education tendency. In the part of the analysis and discussion, some specific suggestions are proposed in the perspective of government and institutions. Besides, based on analysis of the root problem-- unreasonable enrollment standards, the point that only enhancing China's higher education quality can fundamentally improve the quality of international education is put forward.
