This research is mainly to discuss new migrant children'needs to meet of the private primary school in Min Hang district. Until 2009 September, there are thirteen elementary school with running qualification by 24 campus in Min Hang district, the total of population students for:22138 primary students and 2418 nursery students. The statistics is only the number of new migrant children of private school, not including public school students of new migrant children. For this group as well as many children as they are, how about their current life exactly? How they perceive their peripheral available public resources attitude affected by this current life? With the public resources, whether they are able to dare to fight for, which reflects the subjectivity of this group? How to influence a child's growth with different family environment and different individual differences? This article attempts to research these new migrant children life situation, the children's needs and for needs met and influenced factors of in-depth study.This research institute held is interactive transition, Take the problem and the needs to theory of complex interplay between resources, social service perspective, Explore new migrant children who was born in or living in Shanghai, five years or above, realistic needs to meet and individual play of the subjectivity. This research is aim to reveal their life situation can cause concern. Through the communication with school teacher to common understanding what they really need. More is to intervene to make new migrant children of its own characteristics can play out, so as to establish their own life line.The material made of paper non-governmental schools 15 children in-depth interviews, mainly from community resources, education resources, companion group and parent-child relationship to explore four aspects. The three preceding chapters is the introduction, literature and the study frame, the city new migrant children's basic situation, mainly is the introduction of this research background, research methods and city new migrant children life situation, the third chapter to the fifth chapter is discusses four types and the needs to meet type, needs not satisfy type, resource to meet the weak and resource scarcity subjectivity is strong, the last chapter was conclusion and discussion, mainly because of the limited intervention and cause, according to this study transformed into four types of produced the continuity of the study and research of spectrum deficiencies.
