In the power of the concept of quality education, it's raised a national boom of the reformation of elementary education at the beginning of the century. The level of this reformation of elementary education was deep and wide, and its influence scope was extensive, it's also a more thorough and comprehensive reformational movement of curriculum in the history. Thus, biology course is as a compulsory subject, it will comply with the reform requirements of the times and become a necessity. So far, with the further development of the reform of curriculum of elementary education and the further implement of the new contents of biology, the traditional biological teaching and learning is accepted new challenges, but it also provides a new opportunity for the further development of biological education in middle school. In the context of this reform, it is particularly important for us to research the current status of biology teaching in middle school and the effective teaching strategies, and it also serves the further development of the reform.This study is mainly directed against some of the problems and shortcomings of the traditional teaching of biology, and comes up with in the new context of the effective teaching concept of the integration of "three dimensional" target and attention to the students'individual all-round development. By the way of going to middle school to observe and research the biological classroom, the reflection of personal teaching practice and conducting the interviews of teacher and student after school, it's discovered that some exposed problems of teaching of new curriculum in the current teaching of biological classroom, focusing on these problems to put forward the effective teaching strategies of biological classroom of student-centered development in the context of new curriculum, and it will be given a description of a large number of teaching cases in each teaching strategy, it provides instructions for the improvement of the effectiveness of the teaching of biological classroom. We hope that it will guide the students to effectively study the biological course, improve the efficiency of teaching and learning, and achieve the ultimate goal of the promotion of comprehensive development of students and teachers.The results of the survey revealed that there were the following reasons in the current effective teaching of biology in high school, The main methods of Teaching traditional expository method, teaching method was too monotonous. The methods of stimulating were numerous and complicated, it blurred the primary and secondary teaching content. The teaching situation was deficient, it is difficult for students to transfer knowledge. The student's assignments were large, and the effect was not very well. The evaluation of students majored in evaluation of student achievements, and the evaluation dragged. In the face of these problems, it's proposed several effective teaching strategies. Explore effective teaching strategy, carries out the three dimensional objects; Implement inquiry learning strategy, cultivate thinking ability; Strengthening cooperative learning strategy and promote common development; Moderate auxiliary teaching strategy, improve the classroom efficiency; Promote teaching reflection strategy, improve evaluation mechanism.
