With the progress of the Times,the society has new requirements for the cultivation of people,under the background of vigorously advocating the implementation of quality education,a new round of basic education curriculum reform began,this reform,focus on the construction of the basic curriculum system appropriate to quality education.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform and the revision of the new curriculum standard,the primary school ideological and moral teaching materials have also changed,The new textbook is not only the change of name,the teaching goal,the teaching content and so on have changed,and this reform has appeared the "Curriculum standard undetermined,the textbook first" situation,which brings the challenge to the teacher teaching work of "morality and rule of law".primary school "ethics and the Rule of law" classroom teaching as the main channel of school moral Education,It plays an important role in cultivating students ' good behavior habits,moral quality and the rule of law spirit of awe of law.However,the current situation of effective teaching of morality and the rule of law in primary schools is not optimistic.Based on the above analysis,the teachers of moral and rule of law in primary schools are required to pay more attention to the curriculum,to accurately grasp the intention of writing new teaching materials,to renew teaching ideas,to change teaching methods,and to explore an effective teaching strategy suitable for the course of "morality and rule of law" in primary schools.This study selected Ganzhou A and B primary schools as the survey object,using questionnaires,interviews and classroom observation methods,in-depth understanding of the primary school "ethics and the rule of law" teaching status quo,analysis of the effective teaching process problems and reasons,in the context of the new curriculum reform put forward the primary school "ethics and the rule of law" effective teaching strategy.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part,the introduction,mainly on the background,purpose and significance of the topic,domestic and foreign research situation,research ideas and methods and the characteristics of this article to elaborate;the second part,the primary school "ethics and the rule of law" effective teaching overview,mainly elaborated the effective teaching meaning and the primary school "moral and the rule of law" course effective teaching meaning The problems and causes of effective teaching in the course of morality and rule of law.Through field investigation,this paper understands the problems existing in the effective teaching of the course of moral and rule of law in primary schools,analyzes the reasons behind them,and the concrete strategies for the effective teaching of the course "ethics and the rule of law" in primary schools under the background of the new curriculum reform.The purpose of this study is to put forward the effective strategy of classroom teaching of "morality and rule of law" in primary schools,to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching of moral and rule of law in primary schools,so as to promote the cultivation of students ' good behavior habits and the establishment of rule of law consciousness,and to lay the foundation for promoting students ' all-round development.
