The beginning of the study of emotional education in our country which was started from 1980s is late. Although the theoretical research and practical work of emotional education has begun to take shape, the research for emotional education of Senior High Biology Teaching is nothing much and for a long time weighting the cognitive training and ignoring the development of emotion of students lead to more and more difficult students were come out in our state. Therefore, this article aims to explore current situation of emotional education of Senior High Biology Teaching with high school students as the research object.Firstly, emotion and emotional education and the value of emotional education are analyzed by document analysis methods and several similar concepts is analyzed to understand the content of emotional education better. The value of emotional education lies in positive significance to human survival, helping to establish good relationships, promoting the development potential, improving aesthetic ability and moral character of students and also to the benefit of the social development. Secondly, in order to design a good questionnaire, the emotional characteristics of high school students, classification of emotional goals of high school and content of emotional goals of high school biology are explored. On this basis, teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire are produced and through individual interviews and handing out teacher questionnaire current situation of application of emotional education is investigated. The results indicated that many teachers do not grasp the substance of the affective goal, insufficient estimated the value of emotional factors, the implementation of emotional education due to lack of reference of theories and methods. The issuance of student questionnaires shows that the level of emotional education of high school biology is general, and boys and girls are significantly different.Finally, according to the survey results and combined with relevant literature, some counter measures are put forward. Changing teacher's ideas, making the emotional goals clear and enhancing our emotional cultivation are primary, and then exploring the binding sites of new teaching materials and emotional education are explored, finally people-oriented emotional education is implemented by creating a good teaching environment, attention to experiment, promoting the inquiry learning and organizing extra-curricular activities.
