In a sense, the teacher experiences and invests the intensity to determine thequality of educational teaching in job at work. And experience , work and put theteacher's job into the intensity closely related to working pressure that the teacherbears. At present, the teacher bears one of the jobs greatest in pressure. If this kind ofpressure has not caused the attention about personnel , can not get effective relieving,psychological health of teacher can threatening serious , demonstrate outstanding joblanguid. The job produces languidly, the input intensity that experience and work thejob that will not merely influence the teacher , reduce educational teaching quality ,influence the teacher's physical and mental health , and will bring the enormous injuryto students' physical and psychological development . This research goal and the significance lie in: Utilizes theinternational generalMBI teacher occupation tired questionnaire investigation and study to understand theJinan elementary and middle schools teacher changes in the process in the class theoccupation tired condition, through to the elementary and middle schools teacheroccupation tired symptom, the scope and the degree description, discusses the Jinanelementary and middle schools teacher occupation tired characteristic and the rule,has pointed from the teacher career development angle proposed alleviates andovercomes the teacher occupation tired countermeasure and the suggestion. The full text altogether can be divided into four parts.The first part for question proposing, elaborated the question researchsignificance, and has carried on the analysis on the domestic and foreign teachersoccupation tired research condition. The second part designs and studies the process for the research, elaborated theresearch object choice method, investigation and study questionnaire repair arrangesand concrete executes measures the procedure. This research investigation and studyquestionnaire altogether divides three parts: The Jinan junior and senior schools'teacher's number statistics examination table (including sex, age, teaching senority,duty, marriage, school record, teaches discipline, whether teacher in charge, individualmonth does receive, family month receives, from teaches reason, study material andso on section and school type);Teacher occupation tired questionnaire;Teacheroccupation tired influence factor questionnaire . Appeared in 6-1, and then reach the summit while droppinguntil 16-2 years, and then slowly drop;By the look of marital status, the teacher's jobis languid and competent after marriage;According to education, the higher theteacher's academic level is, the heavier the languid sense of job is;From come ,analyze from reason that teach , choose teacher job languid in weight sense that doesnot " have good choice ", and it is lowest to choose the languid sense of " the teacheris one's own ideal "'s teacher's job;According to term, the teacher has heavier languidsense than grade teacher's job junior middle school. According to influencing thelanguid influence factor of teacher's job, factors such as student's factor , working loadfactor , job development factor , teaching environmental factor and interpersonalrelationships ,etc. have prominent influence on the teacher's job languidly.The fourth part is countermeasure and the suggestion for alleviating andovercoming the teacher's tiring occupation. First, we should set up the teachergood professional image, establishes the society to support the network;Next, s theresources support must be provided, the working load must be less;Thirdly , thegovernment had better reform the teacher's organizations and the way of themanagements , and alleviate teacher's tiring occupation;Fourthly , teachers shouldlearn to balance the relations between work and the family life, and reduce thepuzzle of the life;Fifth, the government should help the teacher to learn to adjust andadapt the environment around them...
