In the 21st century, China has entered a market economy era. Competition becomes the theme of this period, and the key to compete is talents occupation. Confronting increasingly intensive market economy competition, how to keep competitive advantages become crucial for each enterprise. In addition, along with the high education becoming generalized, the number of university graduates is 5.59 millions in 2008.6.1 millions in 2009,6.3 millions in 2010 and increases to 6.6 millions in 2011. The university graduates face more and more intense employment competition pressure.Exploring the talents need of enterprises, this paper will give a detail study on this topic, by using the systematic approach, theoretical analysis and investigation. In addition, this paper will build the career guidance model to perfect the graduates career system. The primary coverage and standpoint in this paper will be shown as follows:Chapter One is introduction, which describes the research background and significance of this topic, subject selection, research idea and methods of this paper.Chapter Two gives a general overview and basic theories of career guidance. The author analyses the generation of the idea of career guidance and introduces the basic theories in this area, which are mainly divided into two categories:process-oriented theory and structure-oriented theory.Chapter Three introduces the current situation and open questions of the graduates career system. Analyzing the development of domestic and foreign of the graduates career system, the author finds that the system construction in our country lacks ideological acquaintanceship and the organization structure is incomplete. More important, the exploration angle of this topic is quite incomplete in quo in order to construct the graduates career system from the perspective of the talents' demand in enterprises. Chapter Four analyses the talents requirement of companies. Influencing by social economical development, the impact of graduates demand given by enterprise development expounds the characteristics and regulations demonstrated in the personnel market recently. Furthermore, the author studies the company's requirements and standards to graduates through questionnaire. Depending on the results, the graduates career system will be constructed.Chapter Five establishes the model of graduate career system based on the talents need of companies. Using the theoretical analysis above and data mining technology, this paper builds the graduates career system from four aspects:fundamental principle, layer of structure, time advance and safeguard mechanism, in order to realize the complete and full-stuff of the guidance system.Because the construction of graduates career guidance system has strongly epochal character and expansibility, the system should move right along with the company's talent requirements. As a result, the content of this system should be more prefect during the further study and practise.
