Organization And Operation Mechanism Of Urban Community Service System

As early as in 1984, China formally proposed the idea of carrying out urban community service, but has not been able to build up a functional, well-functioning urban community service system, which directly affects the building of a harmonious society. In this study, conducted in May 2008 Community Services and Requirements on the National Survey data of Lanzhou City, based primarily on the status of urban community services research, build and design a line with China's actual urban community service system.This study suggests that "the system, organization, organizational structure, the relationship formed between the" urban community service system consisting of three basic elements, and therefore the basic clues to solve the problem and referred to a study of the path. According to this thinking, study first clarified the community service system in the city should play a role in the system. Secondly, to explore the system in the unit after the end, who is a concrete commitment to community service and implementers? How can these organizations grow and develop? How to cultivate community services to meet the needs of different sizes, different properties and different functional types of "community organization." Finally, the relational structure of the operating mechanism.This study suggests that large numbers of various community service organizations, will require institutional and legal norms to coordinate space. Hence the need to explore various community service organizations on the management system, a clear relationship between such organizations and governments, as well as urban communities adapt to the social service system, administrative system.
