In recent years in juvenile football competition aspects of Shandong province, the work develops FengFengHuoHuo juvenile football sports get fast development, the youth team for national levels transported large talent.In order to study the development of Shandong youth football competition situation and influence factors, this paper adopts expert visit, comparative research and mathematical statistics, the questionnaire survey method, according to the economy, regional characteristic of Shandong province, have chosen the Qingdao, Yantai, Jinan, Zibo, Jining, Heze 94 in six cities as a youth football team to investigate object, the team from playing in number, hitting streak, contestants entries species, game format, site funds, technology assessment and the optimal selection, athletes qualification, audience and sponsorship situation, the manager from nine aspects, and influence survey conducted in Shandong youth football competition level, site manager economic conditions, athletes and cultural qualities discussed factors were analyzed. In Shandong youth football development status of this research put forward the following Suggestions: (1) the soccer world powers combined the actual situation in youth football with the objective law, find gap with the shortage, further improve the youth football competition system in Shandong province.
