The Cultural Study Of Contemporary University Students' Legal Education

There is an old saying in china:No rules no standards. Laws and regulations are the most effective "rules" to regulate people's behavior. With the modern economic and social development of civilization, the law gradually plays an irreplaceable role in our whole society. Since the college students are usually considered to be the future of our legal society, the legal education in college is particularly of great importance. Therefore, the study on college-students legal education also tends to be more and more significant. Nowadays, in this ever changing Knowledge Economy Era, we should make this study in combination with the modern social culture.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is related to the concept of culture and the interpretation of the legal education, mainly about the meaning and content of the culture. The second part focuses on the practical significance of college-students legal education in combination with society, economic and cultural development, and legal literacy of college students. The third part mainly discusses the issues with our legal education system on the basis of data and actual cases, serving as the foundation of figuring out the feasible solutions. The fourth part elaborates the analysis on the college students'legal education problems from the cultural and intrinsic aspect separately, then makes a comprehensive analysis on the fundamental reasons of this problem through the combination of internal and external causes. The last part mainly discusses the analysis on the solutions to improve college students'legal education and promotes countermeasures to deal with it.The innovation of this thesis is the reason analysis and the countermeasure research of the college students' legal education. It is not confined to the micro or superficial reasons, but a deeper analysis from the cultural aspect conforming to the social development and a thorough analysis on the existed problems of the college students'legal education from the material, spirit and college culture. Additionally, this part puts forward to some cultural countermeasures and self-improve measures which are close to the real college life, and provides new ideas and vision for the college students'legal education.The major research methods of this thesis are shown as below:the document analysis which makes a comprehensive understanding of the status of this research, analyses it completely and screens out relative useful information through a comprehensive reading of the college students' legal education. The second is system analysis. This thesis makes a systematic study on the concept of the culture and the legal education, the existed problems of the college students' legal education, reason analysis and cultural counterbacks. The third one is survey and interview method. This thesis promotes examples and makes a quantitative investigation to the existed problems of the college students'legal education in order to provide convincing data and practical backup through the combination of relative survey data and references. The last one is integrate theory with practice. This thesis will combine the theoretical discussion with the practical experience, which means, it will find out problems of the college students'legal education based on the existed theoretical materials and put forward to feasible countermeasures to expect more effective college students' legal education will be developed in the further.In conclusion, the article seeks to analyze contradictions in the college-students legal education system in combination with cultural development trends of contemporary society, thus revealing the deep cultural reasons of problems with contemporary legal education system, and to find out the solutions to work out these problems. All these endeavor is dedicated to make out of current difficulties and improve the effectiveness of legal education.
