Curriculum resources are the important conditions to guarantee the implementation of curriculum. Not only the state's "full-time compulsory education mathematics course standard" but also the "Shanghai primary and middle school mathematics course standard" mentioned the exploitation and construction of the mathematics curriculum resources in the new curriculum reform of our country. At the same time, these two topics are gradually gaining more and more attention from the circles of educational theory and practice.In order to get a clear understanding of the overall situation of the junior middle school mathematics curriculum resources exploitation in our country, this thesis takes the junior middle school mathematics curriculum resource exploitation as the research object. It mainly makes detailed research on the curriculum resources exploitation at the level of nation, local authority and school as well as the relationship among these three dimensions. This paper attempts to both generalize the characteristics and strengthen out the relative influence relationship of the junior middle school mathematics curriculum resources exploitation of various levels.The United States, which is the world's only superpower,its education system is always our research object. Meanwhile, the different cultural background and educational management system in China and The United States make the two countries'junior middle school mathematic curriculum resources exploitation seems to act differently.In order to clarify the similarities and differences between the two countries in the exploitation of the junior middle school mathematics curriculum resources areas, this thesis takes its actual practice in The United States as a comparative research object and carries on comparative research so as to semantically discuss the similarities and differences.Due to the limited space of the thesis and research capabilities, this article mainly focuses on the characteristics and the analysis of relationship of the curriculum resources exploitation at respective level. But this thesis is not able to make in-depth study on the detailed contents at each level which is consequently arranged as the follow-up study by this research. After my post-graduation, I will make further research in my practical work with the expectation to obtain a clearer understanding of its exploitation. By this, I aim at contributing to the construction of curriculum resources of the junior middle school mathematics with the purpose to improve its teaching quality.
