With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, the physics curriculum resources attracts much attention. Effective exploitation and utilization of the physics curriculum resources is effective means of improving the quality of the teaching of physics teachers.Physics curriculum resources exploitation and utilization degree will directly affect the implementation of the course objectives. Based on the importance and indispensability of Physics curriculum resources, and the difference between around the physics curriculum resources is larger, in order to understand the exploitation and utilization status of the local physics curriculum resources, the author has carried on the physical curriculum resources exploitation and utilization of the present situation of the research.This research is the author in the literature on the basis, combing the physics curriculum resources exploitation and utilization of related theories, research status and existing problems, carries on the questionnaire survey in view of Heshui junior middle school physics teachers, and select some teachers conducted interviews and classroom observation, access to research data. Through the data statistics and case analysis,looking for junior middle school teachers in the process of physics curriculum resources exploitation and utilization of existing the problems, analysis of the cause for the problems, and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The research results show that: the physical teachers' understanding of the concept of curriculum resources is fuzzy; The exploitation and utilization of curriculum resources of emotional attitude and ability still needs to be improved; Teacher can better exploitation and utilization of the text, multimedia and network resources, experimental resources, but for the humanities and natural resources, venue and human resources is ignored. To solve the above problems the author suggests:Teachers should learn to relax,enhance their love for the career;To improve their understanding of the physics curriculum resources, cultivate correct outlook of curriculum resources; To improve the physical teachers curriculum resources exploitation and utilization of the skills; To physical curriculum resources exploitation and utilization of all kinds of angles; Tobuild their physics curriculum resource library as well. In short, teachers should not only do the physical curriculum resources exploitation, collection and sorting, set up their own curriculum resource library, and according to the principle of exploitation and utilization of curriculum resources, scientific and rational use of physics curriculum resources.
