With the age coming of the aging population in China,a huge of elderly population has brought a series of economic and social issues. Serious hinder the development of aging healthy and Socialization of aged .How to achieve the right to the elderly education and equity in education for the aged, how to improve the life quality for elder persons, which is a new requirement for elder education. It's the times demanding that the development of"non–formal"Education for the aged under the background of Socialization of aged.The paper around the background of older socialization, how to build strategy of the"non–formal"Education for the aged as Central issues.annalysis on problems of Education for the aged which is consider he current University for the third age as the main teaching model: Unbalanced education development, unequal education opportunity, low school coveraged, the self-consciousness of State, Government, schools, aged persons is missing. Analysis of the development of the "non-formal" education of the elderly already have external conditions: good politics, ever-increasing material inputs, a broad development space market, senior social requirements, which deals with the development the "non-formal" feasibility of education of the elderly.This article points out developing the"non-formal"Education for the aged has great significance: the necessary way of constructing lifelong education system, the inevitable choice of building learning-oriented society, and achieving healthy aging of way and building a harmonious homeland urgent needs, the ideal way of self-improvement and development, so as to further expound the necessity of Developing"non-formal"Education for the aged."non–formal"Education for the aged has the advantages of sexual diversity, low cost, flexible, participatory, and unity with Socialization of aged. which fill the lack of normal senile University and meet the new demand for aged Education.As above exposition, the paper considers that development"non–formal"Education for the aged should be Constructed from the following areas:Updating education idea, Building laws and regulations, increased investment, expand teaching ways, rational planning of teaching content and innovation teaching methods, improving the teaching management, accelerate the construction of teaching staff, strengthening theories research.
