The Present Situation And The Countermeasures Of The Sports Safty Education In Middle And Primary Shool P.E Teaching In Yangpu District Of Shanghai

In recent years, the school sports injury accidents make people pay much attention to student's sports safety .Sports safety education becomes an important link in the sports teaching practice. Every region and education department announced some standards, regulations to promote the the implementation of safety in college physical education in teaching。In order to reduce the occurrence of physical injury accident, part of the school take the negative measures such as to reduce teaching difficulty, ignoring the student physical enhancement and the development of the school sports, which buried hidden safe trouble for P.E. teaching.Developing safty education in sports teaching in primary education, becomes doubtlessly the important action to improve students' sports safety consciousness, prevent and reduce sports teaching damage accidents, and promote sports teaching activity smooth implementation, guarantee the students' healthy and carry out "health first" guiding ideology .This study used the literature material law, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, case analysis, randomly Shanghai yangpu 15 middle schools and primary schools (elementary school, junior high school, senior high school each 5) as the research object,had a thorough investigation and research on the sports teaching education present situation,and drew the following conclusions:First,the PE teachers in yangpu middle and primary schools has qualifications for bachelor degree, high academic degree, and they are very young. These teachers have high starting point, and accept new things quickly. There are wider better development space, but there is also the problem of teaching ability and the deficiencies in the teaching experience.Second, it is common in yangpu middle and primary schools that sports venue is relatively limited widespread,and sports equipment is not enough.In all schools of survey, there are multiple class teaching in a sports venues at the same time, which brings certain difficultyfor PE teachers' teaching organization. In addition, each school's sports equipments is outdoor, out to the wind and rain, no specialized personnel management and maintenance, so there are serious hidden security danger.Third, the students' constitution damage caused by campus is one of the cause of the accident. Schools in interviews ,took some negative measures, such as reducing teaching difficulty, reducing teaching hours in P.E., to reduce the damage accidents,which causes students physique weaker,and weaker physique prones to injury accident.This vicious cycle goes against the development of the school sports.Fourth, yangpu district schools have training study experience, but the training content is about the teaching materials and how to improve their teaching business ability, lack of safty education training in physical education teaching , and the teachers lack of teaching experience of safety education .Fifth, yangpu primary and secondary school teachers and school leaders has had certain understanding of safety education, and propagandize through the way such as class, the campus broadcast , but its content noticed more traffic safety, food hygiene and safety aspects of break safety education, no special safety education in sports teaching.With the safety in the new round of basic education course reform deepening, Yangpu P.E. teaching education in Shanghai, has drawn more attention from the education department, the leadership and PE teachers. To better promote Shanghai yangpu middle and primary school education in sports teaching implementation of security,the author suggests:The school shall increase the contents of the safety education in the sports teaching in training for teachers, such as sports teaching safety education content and timing and methods.Create a platform for the new and old teachers,to let the young teachers multi-way old teachers absorbing experience, and old teachers can also go to young teachers to learn some advanced teaching method and means, forming new-old teachers mutual help and thriving situation.Establish campus sports equipment management mechanism,and establish a set of facilities and the rules and regulations of the use and maintenance. Send special persons to regularly check facilities,find the problem and reflect to school or physical education teachers, and timely maintenance on equipment etc.
