The development of human being is the essence of education:concerned about human life, enhance the human spirit, cultivate the human personality, perfect personality to promote accessing the meaning of life, achieving the value of life, forming the ideal of life and the meaning of the life. So the human life will be more highlighted,glory,forever. Life safety education is a part of life education, focus on enriching spiritual life and forming life safety consciousness. Life safety education is the important content of life education, save the individual safety exists as the premise, it aims to cultivate individual life safety consciousness, survival ability and ascending individual life value, raises the student good physique, healthy psychology, thus improving the quality of life and social adaptability of a quality education process. Life safety education is the process of full education in which educators cultivate students'life safety awareness and crisis consciousness in plan, help student understand and cherish life and grasps the self-protection, rescue and living skills in the life safety education practice, raise the student well fitness and healthy psychology, so as to improve the quality of life and social adaptability.In the new round curriculum reform social background, the course need to emphasize the students'democratic and open, advocating student-oriented, and paying attention to the cultivation of students'life consciousness. Sport as an effective guarantee health, it is the best way to achieve healthy and conduct safety education. The P.E course penetrated with life safety education has been embodied by the humanistic education concept. The value of life safety education goes with the guiding ideology of basic education reform.This investigation and study found:1,Life safety education penetrate strong sense in Shanghai middle school, but the P.E. goal setting reflect insufficiency.2,the goal setting has no change and innovation after the pilot, teacher select the single material for teaching.3,After the pilot, settings are lack of diversity and flexible form, the effect is not obvious.4,It still pay attention to skill evaluation, lack of consciousness evaluation.5,The sports skills of teacher is excellent, but life safety education consciousness and practical ability is quite limited.6,The facility projects neglect the supervisory, lead to the trouble in promoting life safety education.7,The content fusion of life safety education are not optimistic, lacking resources against life safety education development in fitness class.8,After pilot teachers lack of attention on teenagers physiology change.9,After pilot, the ability to deal with the crisis and manage crises performance of students are relatively weak. It comes up with five Suggestions:1,Firmly implement the "outline", and freely select textbooks and set curriculum goals.2,Expand the study contents, change traditional project.3,Convert the original evaluation methods, focusing on multidisciplinary overlapping teaching. 4,Strengthen teacher training and perfect teacher evaluation system.5,Increase the equipment and facilities supervision, make full use of social and surrounding environment teaching resources.
