| In this paper , I use some research methods, such as literature,site visits,interviews,questionnaires, Case analysis and logical analysis in order to research the physical education curriculum side resources development's current situation and reasons of rural junior high school in Fangcheng of Henan Province. The results suggest that the main problems are:1. School leaders and teachers don't have high awareness and ability in developing curriculum resources . PE teachers'gender, occupation structure is irrational and they also have too much work to do .2. The number of the students is large . About 76% middle school's s field equipments and facilities can not meet the requirements of teaching and training, students participate in physical activities'time is not guaranteed.3. PE teachers have less chance to take part in training .The concept of education isn't changed fundamentally .4. The content of PE class can not meet the actual needs of students.5. PE teachers on the existing physical education curriculum development and utilization of resources still in the lower level.6. Now the main factors influence rural junior high school physical education curriculum's resources development and utilization are : the degree of school leaders'attention, sports funding level, the PE teachers'consciousness of developing curriculum resources, the education concept of PE teachers, PE teacher's knowledge and ability structure. According to the above findings, this paper gives some suggestions in the development of physical education curriculum resource in rural junior high school of Fangcheng. And makes a case on how to develop the physical education curriculum resource development and utilization according to the local conditions. For the characteristics of the school sports curriculum resources and successful implementation of "Sports and Health Course" provides a theoretical reference.
