This paper regards the nature of all human social activities as communication, and analyses the effect that the development of media influences human communication, and proposes some views about the relationship between the two. Internet as a medium of human communication, its appearance makes the human interaction produced revolutionary changes. But the Internet is different from that of traditional media, with the popularity of the Internet in the world, more and more people use it. Internet provides an unprecedented interpersonal convenient way to construct a social reality derived from the virtual community. In the Internet's virtual community, human faces tremendous amount of information. Then it's obviously not a lack of information itself, but rather the needed attention for dealing with the information. The relative scarcity of attention makes the rational allocation of the attention resource needed, so that the attention economy had emerged. This paper analyzes the differences between traditional economy and attention economy, and raises some views about the characteristics of attention economy, such as its social class. And this paper presents some of the attention economy school scholars'studies to focus on the future prospect of the attention economic society.Overall, this paper sets out an understanding of the reasons for thinking the attention economy,and along this line of thinking to make a logical conjecture for the future human society.
