Research On Social Needs Of Golf Professionals And The Cultivation Approach

One of the Basic characteristics of 21 Century Higher Education is how to let the students have a strong adaptability to work in the complex and changing social environment. The demand for talent, in modern society, is multi-standard and multi-level, so Sports Institute-trained people should have the following characteristics: understanding the scientific disciplines and theoretical, emphasizing the usefulness of knowledge and practical; focusing on discipline system, while emphasizing the professional market adaptation. "China Reform and Development Program" promulgated by the State Council pointed out that it is necessary for the Specialized personnel cultivated by colleges and universities to adapt to economic, technological and social development needs, declared that the social needs is the direction for colleges to cultivate talents. Therefore colleges must plan and design the sports curriculum basing on the new perspective of social development, sports development and the physical and mental development of the students. In short, the Institute should cultivate application-oriented talents who are knowledge-based, competency-focused, and developed knowledge, ability and quality coordinately. Schools should rely on basic disciplines, in teaching concepts, teaching management, teaching system to achieve practical application of basic principles of the transformation to effectively take up the cultivation of high-quality application-oriented tasks.According to the survey, China's golf venues, equipment and other hardware conditions have been able to meet the needs of society at the present stage, but it been matched by a shortage of management talent, such as golf, golf course maintenance, coaches, referees and other personnel. In the light of experts, the next 10 years to 20 years, China will need golf senior management, education and scientific research, industry professionals about 80000-100000 people. However, our golf professionals training institutions of higher learning are short, and far from being able to meet the rapidly growing golf industry needs. As a base for cultivating sports talent, Sports Colleges charge with an important mission to cultivate sports talent for the country. In view of this, at the basis of reference to substantial literature, with the methods of literature, investigation and mathematical statistics, the logic research method and study on Golf club managers, coaches, referees, Shenyang Institute of Physical Education teachers and students of golf direction, this article investigates and researches on development situation and the talent demand situation of the golf club, in order to provide a better reference for colleges and universities to develop training courses, this article makes the following conclusions: First, the golf club is in a good condition at present, the golf industry has a bright prospects, it is not only an opportunity but also a challenge for personnel training unit. Second, the golf clubs need a large number of trainers, referees and managers, and put forward higher standards in terms of quality.Third, as a PE major institution, Shenyang Institute of physical education has a clear advantage on cultivating golf professionals, but there are still some deficiencies in some respects. Fourth, on the basis of golf club demand standard, improve the problems existing in personnel training, and it is better for the colleges to cultivate high-quality professionals.
