Abstract/Summary:
For nearly 30 years,according to the national physique health monitoring the trend of the physical qualities in primary and middle school students in China,according to primary and middle school students’ physical problem,the party central committee and the government has also promulgated regulations for many times,the scholars and experts from different angles give experiment,investigate,research,research,but the improvement of the primary and middle school students’ physical quality is still not significant,related quality enhancement and improvement is difficult to satisfactory.Speed quality is an important physical qualities of the human body,also as an important content of national physical inspection and cherished.By looking at the previous literature found that previous research on the quality of the speed,the object of study is mainly aimed at adult sprinters,and aimed at 11 ~ 12 teenagers speed quality is very little literature study,11 ~ 12 teenagers are in a special period of physical development,as well as all sorts of body quality sensitive period of development,have their own characteristics,which is especially important for the research.Based on the core strength training on 11 ~ 12 year olds speed quality as the research object,the influence of the 40 subjects were randomly divided into two groups for 8 weeks,a group to join in training the core strength training,another group in addition to the core strength training does not include the other training content is same,in the fourth week,8 weeks respectively test,analysis the difference of two groups of data,the data analysis,the following conclusions:(1)after 8 weeks after the experiment,the experimental group and control group in two different training methods movement speed,movement speed,response speed each index(except visual reaction time)have been improved significantly.(2)the core strength training of the experimental group after 8 weeks after the experiment,reflecting the movement speed of 50 meters,30 meters and reflect the movement speed of 10 second leg can improve the timing indicators are significantly higher than the control group,and reflect the response speed of simple visual reaction time,reaction time hearing index does not exist significant differences.
