Badminton is a sports-oriented sports competition.The athletes' skills are dominant and they need to have good physical fitness.The special speed quality has a great impact on badminton.Good special speed quality can help athletes play in the competition.A good technical level allows athletes to take the initiative in the game.The traditional physical training for special speed can not meet the requirements of modern badminton sports.The advanced concept of functional physical training seems to be more in line with the characteristics of badminton,and it has been widely used in adult high-level athletes,but for young badminton players.There are few applied studies,and it is imperative to apply functional physical training to young badminton players based on the research foundation of the predecessors.The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of functional physical training on the special qualities of youth badminton players,especially speed.In this paper,using the literature method,questionnaire survey,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method,20 male athletes from the 13-14 year old youth badminton team in Hebei Province were used as experimental subjects,and they were explored through 8weeks of experimental intervention and follow-up investigation.The functional fitness training has a relevant impact on the speed quality of badminton players after the experiment.In this study,the SPSS20.0 software was used to compare the five speed indicators of the high-lift leg,the Lllinois test,the Nebraska test,the 30-meter sprint run,and the rapid change of the meter speed before and after the experiment.The main results show:1 After the experiment,the control group quickly lifted the legs(P=0.048),the Lllinois test(P=0.042),the Nebraska test(P=0.039),the 30-meter sprint run(P=0.034),and the rapid movement of the rice word(P=0.026)was significantly improved compared with before the experiment;in the experimental group speed index,fast high leg lift(P=0.023),Lllinois test(P=0.030),Nebraska test(P=0.025),30 m sprint run(P=0.019)and the rapid shift of the rice word(P=0.017)were also significantly improved compared with before the experiment.2 After the experiment,the comparison between the control group and the experimental group showed that the experimental group had fast high leg lift(P=0.017),Lllinois test(P=0.026),Nebraska test(P=0.033),and 30-meter sprint run(P =0.029),the rapid change of the meter word(P=0.042),the five test indicators were significantly higher than the control group.3 Based on the advanced concept of functional training,combined with the characteristics of badminton project and the development of adolescents' physical fitness,this study has developed a set of functional fitness training programs that meet the requirements of young badminton players under the guidance of relevant experts.After 8 weeks of intervention.Experiments have found that the functional physical training program is superior to the traditional physical training program in improving the special speed quality of young badminton players.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1 The results of the control group showed that the traditional physical fitness training had a certain promotion effect on the promotion of the five speed qualities of the youth badminton players before the experiment,and the effect was more obvious.The experimental results of the experimental group showed that the functional fitness training was more effective than the previous ones in improving the five special speed quality indicators of the youth badminton players.2 The comparison between the experimental group and the control group showed that the functional physical training improved the special speed of the youth badminton players better than the traditional physical training.3 Functional physical training as a new training concept,its training method should be regarded as a supplement and improvement to traditional physical training,and should not be a simple alternative relationship.In this study,a functional fitness training program that meets the special training speed of young badminton players has been developed.After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,the program has certain effects and is superior to the traditional physical training program.
