At present, China is in the period of intense social transformation, While high-speed economic development, a range of issues of uneven economic development and economic reform has not been fundamentally resolved. Encountered great difficulties in the political system reform. the current political management structure can not fully meet the needs of social development. Increasing differentiation of social classes, different social strata, interest groups demand divergence. It can be said our country now is in the critical period, not only rapid economic development, but also a prominent social conflicts. On the one hand the problems left over from the old system structure are not promptly resolved , on the other hand under the new situation emerging conflicts are intensifying. The emergence of social conflicts has led to the number of mass incidents increased rapidly expanding in the recent years.It has seriously affected China's social stability. So the prevention and disposal of the Mass Emergency have a crucial importance for the construction of a harmonious society in China.First on the basis of the review of research results of the Mass Emergencies, put forward the main idea, purpose and significance of my study. The second chapter using social conflict theory, the rabble behavior theory, the cluster psychological theory, the scenario analysis, for the massive emergency in the interests of the elements, behavioral factors, psychological factors, environmental factors, precipitating factors, from the perspective of comprehensive integration from the internal accumulation, external trigger, internal and external factors coupled perspective research framework proposed by this paper, analysis Weng'an incident, Menglian incident, Wanzhou incident, Chizhou incident, Guangan incident, Xiangshui incident, we can find many common grounds. Through these common grounds we can know the law of mechanism of evolution of mass emergencies. On this basis, using the theoretical tools mentioned earlier, from the background, the internal dynamics and external detonated, relationships, dynamic evolution of trajectory, evolution period, study the law of e mechanism of evolution of mass emergencies.
