For some time,the school group emergency has become a serious social problem which has aroused widespread concern.School group emergency is a kind of group emergency,which takes teachers,students and parents as the main participants and takes place in and around the school,causing damage to the school order and having a serious negative impact.The frequent occurrence of school group emergencies threatens the safety of teachers and students,disturbs the normal order of the school,affects the healthy growth of students and the stable development of the school,and leads to serious adverse social consequences.It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the prevention and emergency management of school group emergencies for maintaining school order,ensuring the safety of teachers and students,and promoting social stability.By using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the students and parents of junior middle school in Q city,Shandong Province,and interviews the school administrators and education administrators in Q city.The results show that the types of school group emergencies are complex and diverse,the public security and safety incidents have the highest frequency,and the harm to school teachers and students are the largest;the harm of school group emergencies is increasingly serious,and the harm to students is more and more serious The school teaching order and the safety of teachers and students pose a threat;the bad impact of school group emergencies leads to parents' panic and seriously affects social stability.The main reasons for the occurrence of school group emergencies in junior middle schools include: lack of safety knowledge and weak awareness of prevention;the school emergency system needs to be improved,the emergency management mode is relatively backward,the contents of emergency plans are lack of systematic planning,poor operability,and drills become mere formality;the school safety guidance is unfavorable,and the attention to safety education and mental health education is paid to However,the lack of family safety education and parents' ability of emergency prevention are also the main causes of parents' panic and social misunderstanding.In order to effectively prevent school group emergencies and promote the construction of harmonious campus,the school should take the following measures: firstly,pay attention to safety prevention and mental health education,improve the prevention awareness of school group emergencies;second,establish the coordination and linkage mechanism between various departments,and jointly improve the prevention and management of school group emergencies;third,build a family school safety management system Education cooperation platform,through the parents' classroom to improve parents' emergency ability;finally,the construction of information disclosure mechanism,timely disclosure of information,to prevent media misrepresentation.Once a group emergency occurs in schools,emergency management measures should be taken in time to effectively curb the further development of the group emergency.The first is to start the emergency response mechanism of school mass incidents in time to control the deterioration of the situation;the second is to make public the causes and relevant information to stabilize the emotions of teachers,students and parents;the third is to establish a linkage disposal mechanism to properly resolve the contradictions among all parties;the fourth is to investigate the relevant responsibilities and improve the school accountability mechanism;the fifth is to pay attention to the summary after the event and take multiple measures to effectively deal with the aftermath of the school.
