With the current economic growing, government increasingly concerned about the development of schools. Investment in secondary education has intensified, but there is not a complete evaluation system about development of the school. In western countries, there is more emphasis on evaluation of school performance. A relatively complete performance evaluation index system has been formed, but most of the study focuses on the performance evaluation concentrated in the universities. Now the performance evaluation of secondary schools is less in china. A more systematic and scientific performance evaluation index system of school is not established. By using, the performance evaluation and school development evaluation model building.
