Construction Of Developmental Evaluation Index System For Secondary Sports Schools In Jiangsu Province

Research purpose: The "Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Training of Reserve Talents for Competitive Sports" issued by the National Sports Bureau puts forward new requirements for the construction of sports school training system.As a major province of education and sports in my country,Jiangsu Province is in the construction of sports school reserve talents training system.Aspects need to be further improved.This article aims to build a developmental evaluation index system for secondary sports schools in Jiangsu Province,and enrich the diversity of sports schools' evaluation methods,in order to provide reference for the training and development of reserve talents in sports schools.Research method: Use the literature data method and the field survey method to initially construct the framework of the developmental evaluation index system,use the Delphi method to screen the two rounds of expert questionnaires,determine the evaluation index system,use the analytic hierarchy process to establish a judgment matrix,and determine the weights of indicators at all levels.Research results:(1)School developmental evaluation refers to the process of school development.The main body of evaluation takes the basis of school development as the starting point of evaluation,and the school's own progress as the evaluation standard.Value judgment made by performance.(2)The expert authority coefficients of the two rounds of the Delphi questionnaire were0.783 and 0.792,respectively,and the Cronbach ? reliability coefficients of the two rounds of questionnaires were 0.950 and 0.873 respectively;the consistency test results of the analytic hierarchy process showed that the consistency coefficient of the target layer was 0.0228,the consistency coefficient of the criterion level and the scheme level ranges from 0.000 to 0.0992,both of which are less than 0.1,which passed the consistency test.(3)The evaluation index system and weighting system for secondary sports schools in Jiangsu Province have been determined.Among them,4 first-level indicators and weight coefficients are development basis 0.0673,development scale 0.2030,development structure 0.2013,development quality and benefit 0.5284;10 second Level indicators and weighting coefficients are: software foundation 0.0198,hardware foundation 0.0475,teacher scale 0.1292,student scale 0.0738,professional structure0.0405,curriculum structure 0.0403,teacher structure 0.1206,student quality 0.2484,teacher quality 0.0606 and social benefit 0.2194;and passed The first-level indicators and the second-level indicators construct 36 third-level indicators and weight coefficients.Research conclusions:(1)The developmental evaluation index system of secondary sports schools in Jiangsu Province is based on relevant national policies and systems,covering four main aspects: development foundation,development scale,development structure,development quality and efficiency.The design of the system is scientific and rigorous,with high content effectiveness and expert effectiveness,and has formed a relatively complete index system for evaluating the development of various sports schools at all levels.(2)Among the index weight coefficients at all levels,development quality and benefit are the most important among the first-level index weight coefficients,and the rest are development scale,development structure,and development foundation in order;the second-level index weight coefficients are the most important for student quality,Followed by social benefits and teacher structure;in the process of enhancing their own competitiveness,sports schools should pay attention to the improvement of student quality and social benefits,as well as the optimization of teacher structure and the improvement of professional structure.
