With the development of globalization in the 21st century, the ethics is increasingly important in maintaining social stability and social development. All countries attach importance to the moral education beyond boundaries. China is known as the fine tradition of great importance to moral education, and moral education has become an important way of College Education. With the change of integrity in our present society, that moral education is facing many new situations and new problems. The"moral anomie"negative phenomenons are emerging. It is need to promote the development of moral education times in China. On the one hand, it is need to inherit the fine traditions of moral education, conscientiously sum up the experience of past success and failures. On the other hand, it is need to draw on the experience of other state benefits and lessons to improve the effectiveness of moral education in China. China and Japan are the two political systems with different countries ideologies, but they are affected by Confucian culture. They all develop education and economic in poor circumstances. Japan quickly takes off after World War II. Japan is taking the path of development of education and economy at same time, and promoting economic by education differently from other countries. Japan's experience is worth studying.The article compares high moral education in China and Japan in four aspects: objectives, content, methods and models, and analysis the similarities and differences with comparison and conclusion, summary and other research methods, and discusses the Inspiration of moral education in Japan in details. Firstly,based on the basic concept, The article researches the development process of moral education between China and Japan historically, analysis of the characteristics of moral education between the two countries. With this background, the article compares high moral education in China and Japan in four aspects: objectives, content, methods and models, and analysis the similarities and differences. Finally, we draw inspiration from the comparison of high moral education in China and Japan: Cherish the traditional cultural; Strengthen the adaptability of the object of moral education; Enrich and broaden the moral content; Improve the methods of moral education continuously ; Create multiple integration of moral education model.
