Information literacy is one of the necessary requirements of modern education to teacher. Requirements for talents at the information age, teachers will faced with unprecedented challenges and impacts. As ordinary citizens and disseminators of knowledge, teachers should face the new challages to improve their information literacy by adjusting their own position. Only teachers have better information literacy to meet the needs of informationized education and curriculum reform, to update their educational concepts to accept the new teaching models and methods, to paly the information technology well and applicate it in education more reasonable in order to optimize the teaching process and improve teaching quality.Based on the analysis, interviews and questionnaire, this research ivestigates the 290 elmentary and high in-service teachers in Nanning as samples for researching on their information literacy by the status quo and wide investigation. On the basic of knowing fully the status quo of Nanning elementary and high school teachers'information literacy and combines the teachers'information theory and practice at home and abroad, this paper analyzes deeply the resluts for teachers'information consciousness, information knowledge, information capability, information morality and the use of information technology in teaching, then finds the six reasons to restrict the promotation of Nanning elementary and high teachers'information literacy and proposes the tactics according to the practical situation in Nanning. |
