Research On The Application Of Cooperative-Studying Mode In Shot-put Teaching In Collages And Universities

PURPOSE:At present, experts and scientists all over the world are discussing and researching on the question of reforming teaching mode,and P.E expert Rave found the teaching mode of P.E hasn't gotten rid of being influenced and restricted by traditional teaching mode. The traditional teaching method may restrict and prevent the students'initiative, activity and creativity, and it cannot improve their general abilities. In modern P.E subject teaching process, teachers'function is not only making their students grasp the basic theory, knowledge and technology, but also improving the general ability and fostering the creative thinking of them. Therefore, this research tries to change the traditional PE teaching mode by using experiments of cooperative studying method in shot-put teaching, and make the PE teaching mode more scientific, suitable and creative.RESEARCH METHODS:This article adopts document and material method, investigation method, teaching experiment method, interviewing method, statistics method and so on. CONCLUSIONS:1 It is of more convenience for students to grasp the theory knowledge and skills by using cooperative - studying teaching mode in shot-put major in college instead of conventional teaching mode.2 It is of more convenience for students to improve their ability of observing problems, analyzing problems and solving problems by using cooperative - studying teaching mode in shot-put major in college instead of conventional teaching mode.3 It is more easily to create an active and cooperative teaching environment by using cooperative - studying teaching mode in shot-put major in college instead of conventional teaching mode.4 It is more easily to embody the dominant position of students and the leading role of teachers and reasonably and effectively control the teaching process by using cooperative - studying teaching mode in shot-put major in college instead of conventional teaching mode.Recommendation:1 Cooperative - studying teaching mode does not want everyone to succeed, but wants everyone to make progress It overcomes many disadvantages of the competitive incentive structure teaching mode which emphasizes competition one-sidedly.
