In recent years,with the development of our society,people's living standards have been continuously improved,and at the same time,they have begun to pay attention to physical health,and gradually attach importance to physical exercise in daily life.Aerobics combines gymnastics,music,and fitness.It has a distinct sense of rhythm and grace.It is loved by many college students,and many schools have established aerobics classes.The physical education major is to train high-level professionals who can engage in sports science research,sports science management,and social sports guidance.It plays a very important role in the cultivation of physical education talents.Therefore,it is very important to carry out in-depth research on aerobics teaching in college physical education.It can help students master professional aerobics skills,and also help students to form good exercise habits,especially to help train professional bodybuilding.Teaching talents.The cooperative teaching mode is an interactive teaching concept that emphasizes the participation of all.and has been well applied in the physical education major.The introduction of the cooperative teaching concept puts forward new requirements for the teaching methods of colleges and universities.Therefore,many educators must conduct in-depth research on cooperative teaching concepts.This paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method and experimental method to explore the application of cooperative teaching mode in aerobics teaching in physical education majors,and analyze the cooperative teaching mode of aerobics teaching in college physical education majors to students' basic skills.teaching ability and creation.The influence of ability,the overall evaluation of the cooperative teaching mode,the enlightenment in the application of teaching,for the reference of aerobics teaching in college physical education,the research results show that:(1)According to the theory of cooperative learning,the theory of subjective education and the theory of constructivism,the research ideas and the design ideas of the teaching model can be clarified,and the experimental design,application and results of the cooperative teaching model in college physical education major are obtained.(2)Before the start of the experiment,the participants' physical quality and basic technology were tested.The physical quality test contents include speed,explosiveness.flexibility,balance,endurance and strength.The basic technology test content includes basic steps and basics.Hand shape and trunk movement.Before the experiment the physical and basic skills of the experimental group and the control group were P>0.05.There was no significant difference in the aerobics between the two groups.In the aspect of student aerobics technology,the experimental grouping,experimental steps and teaching content arrangement were determined in the experimental design.(3)The cooperative teaching mode in the aerobics teaching of college physical education can be applied in the cultivation of basic technology,the cultivation of teaching ability and the cultivation of aerobics.The basic technical training of students'aerobics is divided into three stages:basic knowledge,technical consolidation and automation.The students' aerobics teaching ability includes teaching plan writing ability,explanation ability,demonstration ability,teaching method ability,analysis and correcting error ability.Organization and refereeing ability;student aerobics creation ability training is divided into preparation stage,improvement stage and improvement stage.(4)In terms of students' basic skills,the score of action 1 was P=0,001<0.05,and the score of action 2 was P=0.028<0.05.The scores of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.(5)In terms of students' teaching ability,the teaching plan writing ability P=0.034<0.05,there are obvious differences in teaching writing ability:in the students'ability to explain,P=0.023<0.05,the experimental group students have significantly higher explanatory ability than the control group students;In terms of demonstration ability,P=0.024<0.05,the demonstration ability of the experimental group students was significantly higher than that of the control group students:in the application of teaching method ability,P=0.034<0.05,the experimental group students used the teaching method ability significantly higher than the control group students:In terms of analyzing and correcting the wrong action ability,P=0.020<0.05,the experimental group s ability to analyze and correct the wrong action was significantly higher than that of the control group;in the organization and referee.P=0.035<0.05.the two groups had the referee ability.Very obvious differences,in general,the teaching ability of the experimental group students was significantly higher than that of the control group.(6)In terms of students' ability to create,the students' individual ability to create is P=0.041<0.05,and the collective creation ability is P=0.011<0.05.The ability of students in the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group.On the whole,the basic technical level,teaching ability and creative ability of the experimental group adopting the cooperative teaching mode are higher than those of the traditional teaching mode.
