The graduates'satisfaction in learning is a psychological feeling or state toward the service that provided by university. Graduate education is the highest level of higher education, it assumes the task of cultivating high-quality, high-level talents.The research helps universities find its deficiencies and then make strategic adjustments to better serve graduates.Some researches have been carried out about the satisfaction in learning, but few focus on graduates. Based on the U.S. college students Satisfaction Scale, this research self-compiled " The satisfaction of graduates in learning", six dimensions were investigated,it mainly focus on graduates in one key university in hunan province. The survey showed the least satisfaction aspect is management, and the following 5 aspects from low to high are curriculum and teaching, teaching environment, school ethos, instructors, teacher-student relationship. Different gender, profession and grade have some effect to the result. In a word ,male have higher satisfaction than female , graduates in Engineering major have higher satisfaction than other majors, high grade graduates have higher satisfaction than other grades. Factors that affect satisfaction in learning are included in the following:The aspect of curriculum and teaching includes repeat content, lacking systemization, unreasonable proportion of basic courses and electives, boring teaching method. The aspect of instructors includes teachers lack enough time and energy to guide graduates, teachers lack strong responsibility of their career. The aspect of management includes poor quality of managers, lack of service awareness; ineffective management .The aspect of teaching environment includes scarcity of resources. The aspect of campus culture includes scarcity of cultural and entertainment facilities and the range of activities are too narrow.There are several strategies to ease these problems. On curriculum and teaching could integrate curriculum, optimize their knowledge structure, adjust the ratio of basic courses and elective courses, take diversify teaching methods. On instructors, reduce the burden on teachers, strengthen responsibility of teachers, improve teachers'ability in teaching .On Management, improve the selection process, establish and implement scientifical evaluation system, build a high-quality management team. On teaching environment, increase investment in education and broad sources of fundings.On campus culture, construct campus culture.
