The Master of Business Administration(MBA)education started in the United States,and its goal is to train high-quality managers,professional managers and entrepreneurs for society.The MBA program was launched relatively late in China.The State Council 's Degree Office announced the first batch of MBA education in 1991.The MBA education has developed rapidly in less than 30 years.The number of students has increased year by year and the number of training units has continued to increase.However,in terms of training methods,teaching quality,and international influence,China's MBA education and training level still has many deficiencies compared with European and American countries.In March 2019,the Ministry of Education issued the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Further Regulating and Strengthening the Management of Graduate Education",which indicates that the education of graduate students should reach a higher level.The Ministry of Education has always emphasized that education reform must "service demand and improve quality".It can be seen that in the process of reform and development of graduate education,the concept of "life-oriented" has become increasingly prominent.MBA graduates are the main body of MBA education,and MBA courses are an important part of MBA education.Examining the degree of satisfaction of MBA graduate courses will help promote the development of MBA education in China.This research uses H University in Hebei Province as an example to conduct an empirical study on MBA graduate course satisfaction.Firstly,by combing related literature,understanding the current status of MBA courses in China and the characteristics of MBA graduate students,and compiling a "MBA Graduate Course Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire" based on curriculum management theory and customer satisfaction theory.Secondly,the course satisfaction evaluation of MBA graduate students of H University was surveyed,and the survey data was statistically analyzed using SPSS software.The analysis results show that the satisfaction degree of MBA graduate courses in China is currently at a moderately high level.The MBA graduates have the lowest satisfaction evaluation on the practice link and the highest satisfaction evaluation on the learning effect.Seven of the seven questionnaires were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The relationship between the variables and the overall curriculum satisfaction of MBA graduate students was tested,and four variables,including curriculum setting,teacher teaching,teaching management,and practice links,that significantly contributed to overall curriculum satisfaction were obtained.Finally,on the basis of a detailed analysis of the current status of MBA graduate course satisfaction,combined with the problems found and the influencing factors of MBA course satisfaction,a specific training goal was proposed to optimize the course structure;expand the teacher team and change Teaching methods;improving educational administration management mechanisms;enriching teaching resources;and other relevant suggestions for improving the quality of MBA graduate training units.
