So, the development of rural vocational education has far-reaching significance. In this paper analyzes the Development of Vocational Education and the problems about development of vocational education in rural areas of Hebei Province Status. Through the development of vocational education in other countries learn from the test, proposed approach to solve issues related to rural vocational education measures, improved vocational education system in rural areas of Hebei Province. Proposed solution: Government should pay more attention to vocational education. Increasing government spending, Protection of rural vocational education funding, Coalition government, businesses, schools, cooperation mechanism, the implementation of multi-partite school system, Improve the legal system of vocational education in rural areas, a comprehensive reform of vocational education in rural areas of Hebei Province to ensure the healthy development of vocational education in rural areas of Hebei Province, Hebei Province, to promote rural economic development and the healthy development of urbanization.
