The Study On Flexible Employment Of College Graduates

Flexible employment is a new form of employment which is to adapt to the needs of economic development. Elastic, flexible is the features of flexible employment that is different from the traditional rigid employment. From the theoretical point of view, the emergence and development of flexible employment is the practice reflect of Marxist theory of the free development of the comprehensive, educational social and ecological theory and social stratification theory. Flexible employment is not only an effective way to alleviate the current severe employment situation, but also accord to the development of employment law ,it will be the inevitable trend of people choosing to work.As the scale of flexible employment of college graduates continues to expand, the existing problems have gradually emerged which hindered the further development of flexible employment. Including the government, society and the college graduates in the wrong understanding of the flexible employment, it is hard for the traditional jobs to release the space to accommodate flexible employment, coupled with the way of China's economic growth and other reasons, resulting in less flexible jobs. Also, due to the system, the accumulation of human and other effects, there are many traditional inequalities between flexible employment and informal employment, which reduces the enthusiasm of the college graduates to choose the flexible employment. In addition, the social security system is imperfect and the employment system is rigid, they are both hinder the development of flexible employment of college graduates. Therefore, raising community's awareness of flexible employment, reform the labor market, improving the social security system, active the employment system is the important strategies to promote the development of flexible employment.
