Study On Employment Problem Of College Graduates In Chongqing And Its Countermeasures

China's colleges and universities began to implement the enrollment expansion policy in 1999,and the scale of higher education in China has expanded rapidly.More and more young people have entered college and obtained the opportunity to receive higher education.However,the pace of employment system renewal in China has not kept pace with this pace,which has led to the employment difficulties of college graduates from time to time.The phenomenon of unemployment after graduation has also once become one of the key concerns of all sectors of society.With the arrival of the global financial crisis in 2009,the economies of all countries have declined to a certain extent.China is also in the process of economic transition,and some heavy industries are also on the decline,which has also led to a more severe employment situation for college graduates.Social development and national strategic development are inseparable from college graduates.At the same time,the employment of college graduates is also an important issue to safeguard the interests of the Chinese people,which is related to the stable development of society and the harmonious life of people.Therefore,the employment of college graduates is one of the most important issues in China.First of all,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the theoretical and practical significance of the topic selection research,sorts out the current employment situation of college graduates,and introduces the methods and main purposes adopted by this research.At the same time,this paper also focuses on the theoretical analysis of employment,providing reference for improving the employment system of college graduates in China.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current employment situation of college graduates in China through sorting out and analyzing the employment system of college graduates in China,and takes Chongqing's colleges and universities as an example to study the actual problems in their overall employment situation and individual employment situation.Thirdly,by analyzing the employment situation of 2017 graduates in Chongqing's colleges and universities,this paper summarizes the main problems affecting the employment of college graduates and provides reference data for the study of solutions.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis results,the employment policies and systems are designed and formulated with universities,enterprises,governments and graduates as the main bodies by drawing on the mature conclusions of foreign university graduates' employment research.To provide an effective reference for the employment of college graduates in the future.
