With the continuous development of information technology education and the deepening of the new curriculum reform, Information technology courses are in general attention by the education sector. In order to change the traditional teacher-centered, single, instill learning style, fully reflect the student's initiative, improve the student's hands-on practical ability, to improve problem solving ability with the process of acquiring new knowledge of the students. the study design and implement junior information technology curriculum's problem-based learning activities. The aim is to appeal to all teachers to achieve this transformation with carried out the learning activities. The study is a positive response to the spirit of the new curriculum, meet the education requirements for personnel training, provide reference for the forefront of the teachers of information technology.This study used activity theory, situated learning theory, constructivist theory as the theoretical foundation. Used literature analysis, questionnaires, observation, interview. With The beginning of sophomore as the research object, analysis the teaching status of the information technology courses in junior high school, Proposed the design Principles of the Problem-based Learning Activities in Junior High School's Information Technology Courses, Constructive the design pattern of the Problem-based Learning Activities in Junior High School's Information Technology Courses and design relevant elements of the design pattern. To test the effect of the previous design, the author designed two cases of"Flash animated mask layer"and"Beijing seven Tour", and Put the case into practice, achieved good practical results.
