With the mushroom growth of science and technology,information technology and education and teaching are moving towards integration and innovation.Increasing number of applications of various emerging technologies in Education.Information technology in junior high schools has also increased the application of these technologies to achieve diversified classroom content.AR technology has received extensive attention these years,and it has emerged in the field of education with its advantages of combining virtual and real.In this context,this research is committed to integrating augmented reality into the classroom teaching of information technology in junior high schools,constructing the process of learning activities based on augmented reality,designing specific cases of learning activities,and carry out teaching experiments to explore its impact on students' learning motivation.For this purpose,this research includes the following important parts:First,based on activity theory,under the guidance of situational learning theory and audio-visual teaching theory,combined with the advantages of augmented reality and the characteristics of junior high school information technology course content,build a junior high school information technology learning activity process based on augmented reality.Second,according to the constructed information technology learning activity process of junior high school based on augmented reality,select the contents of "Development of Computer" and "Composition and Working Principle of Computer" in the junior high school information technology course to design specific learning activity cases,design specific examples of learning activities "Explore the evolution of computers" and "Explore how computers work".Third,carry out teaching experiments,carry out teaching practice with the two desig ned cases of information technology learning activities in junior high schools based on a ugmented reality,test the implementation effect through questionnaires and student intervi ews,and explore the learning activities of junior high school information technology cour ses based on augmented reality.The impact of the development of the case on the stude nts' learning motivation was investigated,and the students' evaluation feedback on the lea rning activities and AR tools based on the augmented reality-based junior high school inf ormation technology course was investigated.Through the analysis of experimental data,this study found that:(1)Carrying out augmented reality-based learning activities in junior high school information technology classrooms can effectively maintain students' classroom attention and improve students' learning motivation.(2)Students have a high evaluation of AR tools,and believe that the AR tools used in the classroom are helpful to the learning process,and they can use them independently and are willing to continue to use AR tools.
