The secondary vocational education has been developed rapidly from eighties of last century till now. With the constantly improvement of our economic system and the national policy about development of vocational education ,our government has put a lot of human and financial resource into this kind of education, which lead it to participating the market competition as an independent education system. The graduate access to a huge job market with the comprehensive and professional knowledge, and this kind of employment environment accelerate and boost the development of school. However, there are still some deficiencies and shortcomings in the current vocational education.I will take 14 vocational school randomly in Chongqing area and then take one or two teachers among twenty-one totally and eight to twenty students among two hundred and twenty-eight totally as research target in this paper. I will do the analysis of current vocational education from the aspects of: the students'learning attitude, purpose and motivation, and teaching content, teaching organization, teaching methods, human resource situation, sports venues and equipment and so on, and then find the problems existing in the current education. Therefore, put forward some suggestions based on this problems and may it can help the development of this kind of education. The conclusion as following:1 More and more young teachers join vocational school, and most of them have bachelor degree or above, the NO. of teachers with master degree has increased significantly, but they are lack of enthusiasm to their researching work and low level for teaching researching, all of this cannot reach the Physical education requirement; the teaching and learning environment have been improved than before and can meet the basic requirements of teachers, However, there is an excessive burden for teachers and they cannot get equal payment in the same position.2 The teaching purpose and value were fully understood by most of student and therefore they know the target clearly and have right motivation for learning. However, the students has not right attitude toward all the lessons, part of them will be angry if the lesson would not be interesting.3 Most of the vocational schools start physical education from grade one or grade two. They usually take the "2+1" school system and"work and learn"education pattern. The goal of physical education is participation, physique strengthening, sports skills enhancing, physical health as well as mental health. Nevertheless, the professional attainments are not reflected in present vocational education goals. These vocational schools follow the teaching model --- natural class --- of the common schools, which lacks the individuality of a vocational school and does not match the personality of vocational school students as well. The"three self-determination"teaching model is hard to carry out, and it is not practiced at these vocational schools yet. And the contents of physical education are always out of line with the society requirements for talents. They do not match the requirements of high practicing in vocational schools. They are in low career pertinence. Besides, the guidance quality, practicability, suitability of career as well as the goal of professional attainments are not reflected. What is worse, they do not take the interests concerned requirements of students into consideration. These vocational schools do not use multi-dimensional evaluation system. There is only an evaluation from teachers; however, the students have no right to evaluate. This kind of system lacks of a comprehensive evaluation which is not good to the development of students'sports ability and habits.4 Most of school was lack of educational resources seriously such as: basketball courts, volleyball courts, soccer fields and gymnasiums, and other basic sports facilities, which are necessary hardware facilities to maintain the order in physical education, the margin of hardware is quite large. Part of the school can not maintain the normal teaching, training, competition, extracurricular sports activities, It's difficult to do the physical education.
