Abstract:Secondary vocational school physical education curriculum for higher education and shoulder the employment both task of personnel training, the difference in ordinary high school, and the characteristics of different university add new meaning to the reform of physical education. From the secondary vocational school physical education in yunnan in the light of the demand of the reform and development in yunnan,6representative national key secondary vocational school physical education teachers and students as investigation object, and on the sample of school physical education teaching, sports teaching situation and situation of students, the respect such as the status of the space equipment investigation, literature material law, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods, find out the factors hindering the development of the curriculum reform, to explore the basic ideas of the reform and development of secondary vocational school physical education in yunnan and countermeasures. Aimed at yunnan province secondary vocational school physical education teaching reform, development and provide the beneficial reference. The study found that:1. The present secondary vocational school physical education teachers in yunnan younger trend obviously, and the condition of the men and women teachers’ imbalance. Form is given priority to with bachelor degree, auxiliary specialist qualifications, professional title structure is relatively reasonable sports teachers. But most of the teachers’ scientific research level is not high, the research is weak.2. The proportion of male students in secondary vocational schools in our province, and the proportion of rural students and minority students. Most of the students due to lack of correct understanding of learning motivation of physical education curriculum as a child, show the bad sports behavior habits and the problem of poor sports foundation.3. The students’ interest in sports more extensive, the understanding of secondary vocational physical education curriculum and preferences exist bigger difference, the majority of students are not interested in sports technology learning.4. The higher of student interests some sports, such as badminton, table tennis, etc.) by venue, equipment such as hardware problems unable to carry out teaching, directly affect the enthusiasm of students to participate in sports activities, most schools teaching content mainly in basketball, football, volleyball, gymnastics, and track and field.5. School physical education teaching organization form in a natural class as the unit, but for the students of the evaluation form is unitary, mainly PE teacher evaluation, combined with classroom performance, motor skills, and summative evaluation on the attendance.
