Nowadays, Knowledge economy is coming near. The economic institution based on the "Knowledge basis" gradually becomes the goal that every country seeks. Therefore, as the mainly media of the knowledge, that is, the talented people become the powerful competent of each country's development. Moreover, the development education and application of the future talent become the focus of the social attention. This paper aims to make theoretical investigation according to the talent management of the knowledge economy era in our country so as to meet the knowledge economy and speed up the step of our country's economy. It consists of five parts.The first part is about the connotation, main feature and driving force of knowledge economy what is more, the essential characteristic of the knowledge as economic resource, the main features of knowledge economy as well as the basis of the driving force of economy are stated in this part.The second part is about the types of the talents and the requirement of qualiiy of them that the knowledge economy era needed. The types of innovating talent, individual talent, compound talent and cooperative talent are mainly discussed n view of the various types of talents and high quality the knowledge economy needed. It is pointed out that the talent should have innovation spirits, reasonable knowledge structure, wholesome psychological quality and very strong ability of adapting and working.The third part is concerning the training and development of our country's talents. And it combines with the challenge that the talent training and development put forward in the knowledge economy era and the way to deal with the situation. The course of talent training in our country in the light of the present situation and problem of our country's talent resource is mainly studied. It includes setting up the new idea and new way of talent, founding the relevant training institution. Theinnovation is the goal of talent training and much capital should be invested in education and science research, talent training and scientific developing program of talent should be worked out.The fourth part is about the well deposition and efficient using of talents. This article combines the mam problem in the using of the talent now with the requirement of the knowledge economy and study the way to deal with the situation and measures. These include: First, to set up scientific thought about the using ofpeople. Second, to found and amplify scientific deposition of talent stimulating mechanism and fair talent choosing mechanism. At the last, scientific thoughts are used to direct and guarantee by the perfect system and mechanism in order to make best possible use cf men and their abilities.The fifth part is the last part of the paper and they supplement each other. It also enriches and promotes the former parts. At the end, it raises efficient talent management mechanism accorded with the knowledge economy. These include: to setup and amplify necessary talent macro-regulation and macro-control system in order to realize the reasonable increase of the quantity of talent, effective organizing and managing of talent resources to setup a perfect talent market system. This includes the talent market of the administrating personnel of enterprise, the market of high-tech talent and country's talent, the legal management of the talent market, the information construction and industrial development of talent market. To set up perfect laws and regulations of talent through the perfection of talent legalization and the operation of the personnel legal system and supervision, the management of our country's talents can go onto the right track of legal system.
