AbstractModem educational technology (i.e. MET) has become a new increasing andsupporting point in Chinese primary education development as well as abreakthrough and highland in education reform, with the approaching of informationera, the deepening of education reforms, the carrying out of quality education as wellas the application of new concept, method, and technology to education area. Thisvery study will be of great research significance in terms of stimulating theexecution of MET-based quality education, especially, that in weak schools. Basedon the practice during the researches of weak schools, this study has made anattempted study in the construction of an MET ?based classroom interactiveteaching and learning model (i.e. CITLM), by means of methods such as experiment,observation, interview, action, and literature.Part one briefly introduces research backgrounds, theoretical and practical bases,significance, present condition, and methodology of the present study.Part two theoretically analyses what on MET-based CITLM really is. how tograsp interaction the modes , types, characteristics of such a teaching activity asMET-assisted CITL, It has therefore achieved the goal to on MET-based CITLMconstruction from a theoretical perspective and made a definition and explanation ofthe model as well as its connotation, characteristics, and operating procedure.Part three has explored in practice how to employ MEET to construct CITLM andclassified by way of scientific methods, 4 phases of " construction "under thedirection of the modern education ideology and theoryPhase 1 is to change teaching concepts and train teachers with ideas of moderneducation and relevant theory.Phase 2 is the one which teachers attempt to carry out on MET-based teachingand learning, experience those technological advantages in MET, and themselveswith knowledge in theory and practice, role and task.Phase 3 is the one which teachers can attempt to carry Out on MET-based CJTL,construct CITL model, and purposely train teachers with trainings in interactivestrategies in combination with those problems found.Phase 4 is the one which teachers can independently carry out MET-based CJTL,1]construct unit and subject sub-model, and researchers can have a post inspection aswell as a collection and analysis of experimental records.Part four has made an analysis of effects of on MET-constructed C1TLM bymeans of qualitative and quantitative methods, summarized those fruits of the study,analyzed those advantages achieved and disadvantages remaining, and forecastdeveloping prospects of the present research.
