Modern educational technology (i.e. MET) has become a breakthrough and highland in Chinese education reform. with the further advance of Education Informalization, the deepening of education reforms, the carrying out of quality education as well as the application of new concept, method, and technology to education area. This study will be of great research significance in terms of stimulating the execution of quality education in university using web-based class teaching, improving the capabilities of the undergraduate to practice, innovate and research, training their methods and habit to how to learn for life. This research has made an attempted study in the teaching of a web-based classroom interactive teaching and learning in a chosen class which is contrasted with another chosen class in some university, by means of methods such as experiment, observation ,interview, action and literature. Part one briefly introduces research backgrounds, theoretical and practical bases, and significnace, present condition, and methodology of the present study. Part two theoretically analyses what on web-based classroom interactive teaching and learning is. How to grasp interaction teaching and the definition of web-based teaching, analyzing the characteristics of web-based teaching and class teaching, it has therefore achieved the goal to web-based classroom interactive teaching and learning construction from a theoretical perspective and made a definition and explanation of the definition as well as its connotation, characteristics, and the model of teaching environment. Part three has explored in practice how to employ the interaction teaching under the environment consisted of web and class. To make instruction design on web-based classroom interactive teaching and learning, based on clearing about the relationship between net and the teacher as well as students after analyzing the teacher's role in teaching. And then though the study of cooperation and communication among students, with the specific analysis on the example class teaching, collecting and dealing with the data got from the execution of the interaction classroom teaching, it has explained the importance of the application of Modern Education Technology. It has also testified the former effect dissertation. Part four has made an analysis of effects of on web-based interaction classroom teaching and learning by means of qualitative and quantitative methods, summarized those fruits of the study, analyzed those advantages achieved and disadvantaged remaining, and also made a profound reflection and discussion on the problem which has appeared in the course of the study as well as forecast developing prospects of the present research.
