The Present Situation, Problems, Countermeasures Of The Civilian-owned Education In Guangdong

The civilian-owned education in Guangdong Province has its own speciality and regional charactor. In decades of resumption and developmemt, it has made great achievment but many problems at the same time. Therefore, how to strengthen the research on it is an important subject for scholars especial for educators.This article consists of three parts.The first part focuses on general theory research mainly on the concept and function,character ane the method of research of the civilian-owned education in Guangdong,which is the base of further theory research.The next part analyses the actuality of the civilian-owned education in Guangdong by means of data,what抯 more,the background of the rising and superority,character and self-identity of if are also discussed ,which is helpful to understand its actuality definitely.Lastly, we discuss the countermeasures of the development of the civilian-owned education in Guangdong. On base of concise-analysis of the main problems of it, we suggest some countermeasures ,especially the suggestion of practice of educational share-holding corporate system in the civilian-owned education in Guangdong is not only supported by theory but also useful for practice.
