The Reflection On The Countermeasures To The Problems Of The Development Of Huhhot Civilian-run Secondary Schools

Huhhot civilian-run secondary schools have their own distinctive qualities as well as local characteristics. With the development of several decades, great achievements have been made, but problems cannot be ignored. It has become a serious subject for people from all walks, especially for the colleagues in educational circles, to strengthen the research on Huhhot civilian-run secondary schools.So this thesis is written and completed by conducting surveys and plenty of researches work through the methods of theories combined with practice, such as doing document research, on-the-spot survey, direct interview, etc. After it states the background of undertaking this project, the current situation of the civilian-run education development at home and abroad, the following three points are discussed in great detail.The first point is about inquiring into common problems in theory on the civilian-run education, mainly analyzing the implication, function, features and researching methods of the civilian-run education briefly in order to provide theoretical basis for deepening the research on Huhhot civilian-run secondary schools.The second point is about the research on the current situation of Huhhot civilian-run secondary schools'education. A clear picture of Huhhot civilian-run secondary schools'education can be shown by making data analysis on the current situation of Huhhot civilian-run secondary schools and also by conducting the analysis and research on the advantages and disadvantages of Huhhot civilian-run secondary schools together with their features and social acceptance.The third point is about the reflection on the countermeasures to the problems of the development of Huhhot civilian-run secondary schools. On the basis of making a brief analysis on the major problems currently existed in Huhhot civilian-run secondary schools, some countermeasures are accordingly proposed, especially the suggestions made on establishing rules and regulations, strengthening the internal management of these schools, improving the schooling conditions, forming a stable professional team of teachers, mediating the relations between civilian-run secondary schools and creating a relaxed atmosphere for the development of civilian-run secondary schools. This thesis surely has its theoretical basis and some value of social practice so that it will provide partial basis for the local authorities concerned to wok out the relative policies of civilian-run secondary schools, create a good environment for the development of Huhhot civilian-run secondary schools and supply better conditions for realizing the joint development of public schools and civilian-run schools.
