The scale of China ’s vocational education is constantly growing and a largenumber of development models have emerged. But overall you can take advantage ofthe resources of vocational education or less. In this case, many provinces in Chinaare beginning to explore their own path. Guangdong Province, which is an influentialprovince in vocational education, come with the problem how to run vocationaleducation in Guangdong Province. The key is to run the Vocational Education Groupin Guangdong Province, which has the economic advantages of the use of resourcesand various favorable.The introduction part of the article describes the background, significance andresearch methods of this study, summarized by the existing paper on the concept ofvocational education group, obtained the connotation of Vocational Education Group.Vocational Education Group is defined by a number of school subjects. According toscale of Guangdong Province’s economy, Vocational Educational Group seeks forbenefits and win-win spirit, common development,and take use of various forms,in order to promote vocational education bigger and stronger and intensify aneducational consortium personnel training quality. And then the article introduces theexistence of the current type of vocational education at home and abroad, whichconsists of a classification summary, comparison and analysis of the differencesbetween business groups and our Vocational Education Group. Finally, the article alsobriefly discusses the current practice of vocational education in Guangdong Province,through sorting and collecting data, analyzing the current situation in GuangdongVocational Education Group, and proposing problems of Guangdong ProvincialOccupational Education Group. The main problem is the enthusiasm of the enterpriseitself is not enough, and a few days inside operation mechanism, double-qualifiedteachers are also needed to improve the quality, school-enterprise cooperation shallbe further deepened. Through the analysis of existing problems, the article putsforward some ideas and proposals, including establishing a brand, enhancing socialidentity to government regulation for the protection, the development and implementation of relevant policies and establishing an effective internal mechanismto stimulate enterprises in vocational Education Group the initiative, coordinating theprovincial, city, county vocational education resources. This article is supposed to beuseful for the practice Occupational Education Group in Guangdong Province.
