Teachers job is teaching, which is very important to the development of education's reform.The hope of vitalizing education lies in teachers ,and what really counts is to have one unit with qualified quality ^ enough quantity and reasonable structure, the reform of teachers education is the key to the problem, that is to say ,without the teachers education's successful reform, the education's successful reform will not exist. As to the status quo of our country's closing system of teacher's education. If we want cultivated excellent teachers for fundamental education, we must implement reform of present system. Investigation and creation are the two necessary factors of reform, but the way to explore new road and means must according to present situation.We have begun the cultivable model reform since 1998. In fact, scientific research and teaching are the inseparable factors to the study of cultivable model, and the three factors accord to three models, working model > organizing model and synthetical model. In the aspect of organizing model, traditional model is the intrinsic idea of our country's teacher's education which is the product of learning Soviet Union's model in 1950s. The traditional model has two ideas, one is that the quantity of teachers is interrelated to the time of cultivation, another is that the future teachers can develop all needed ability in 3 or 4 years. In addition, in this model, the education of discipline implemented with the education of educational discipline, so that somebody called it "3+0"model or "4+0"model. It recruits students from middle school and carry on nonpostgraduate cultivation. With the development of society and education, the traditional model has many shortcomings that were all revealed. At the same time, raise the teachers quantity and cultivate new-teachers have become the slogan echoed in the field of formal schooling, which is a useful way. In 1998, our item with the name of JS040A "4+2" "bachelor of science -educational master" six梱ear cultivable model was approved, since then, we began the reform from the aspects, such as,length of schooling, curriculum arrangement and teaching contents. To this day, the practice and study of this new model have been pasted nearly three years and the outcome has proved that the reform was an useful experiment.In this paper, the writer emphasized the theory-organized contents and did his best to make the practice and theory harmoniously. At first, through the comparison between China and foreign counties, put forward the new model, and studied its theory fundament. Second, in order to formulate feasible measures, we have studied model's training objective, training standards and training projects. At last, we have also studied some necessary questions and drew some conclusions.
