Teacher抯 quality refers to both the quality of individual teacher and the quality of all teachers. Teachers?professional moral is the specific display of moral character quality in educational activities.2.The intelligence quality of university teachers, which constructs the basic element of university teachers?quality, includes the quality in humanity, in science and the ability of acquiring information and the social practice.3.The professional quality of university teachers consists of thoughts on education, professional knowledge, teaching ability, ability of professional practice and ability of academic research.4.The psychological quality of university teachers consisting of physical quality, psychological quality and exterior quality, is the carrier of all knowledge and skills.5.The overall quality of university teachers refers to the constituents and the psychological states of all teachers.
