Through a massive literature review on the quality composition of teacher, this research paper attempts to explore the quality and quality composition of teachers who have gained great popularity among students in the area of classroom-teaching at Dalian University. Based on the data collected through a survey among 3550 undergraduates, I would like to discuss in what way quality elements have been performing on those teachers who have gained such popularity in terms of course-delivery. Eventually a generalization of the quality composition of popular teachers in concerning area at Dalian University is expected to be accomplished. This research paper is of great importance and has pragmatic orientations as well because it will not only optimize the theoretical paradigms of quality composition in the area of classroom-teaching, but it will provide recommendations on university teachers' self-improvement as well as theoretical guidelines on teacher-training programs at university level.
